A methodology that surveys purchase behavior and clarifies the relationship between purchase behavior and the factors that influence those behaviors (purchase needs). In Step 1, the relationship between consumer needs and purchase needs is clarified, including what needs are focused upon leading up to purchase behavior, and what purchase needs your company is not fulfilling.

In Step 2, an action plan is created to address this, and evaluations conducted for each part of the action plan.
